By using cookingoil.com you agree to the terms below. These terms govern the website only — actual trade transactions are governed by separately-signed sale and purchase agreements (Proforma Invoice + Sale Contract) between Super Chef Oils & Fats Ltd and the buyer.

Pricing on this site is indicative

The CFR calculator and prices page show indicative ranges. The firm price is the one stated on a signed Proforma Invoice with a 48-hour validity period. Bursa Malaysia palm futures move daily; the buffer in the calculator absorbs typical volatility but does not constitute a binding offer.

Origin clause

All quotes specify origin as "Malaysia / Indonesia (seller's choice)". Final origin is locked at vessel-booking stage and stated on the Bill of Lading. Buyers requesting a single-origin contract must accept the spread premium on the PI.

Trademarks

"Super Chef" is a registered trademark of Super Chef Oils & Fats Ltd. No use without prior written consent.

Liability

Information on this site is provided in good faith. Specifications and prices may change without notice. For binding commercial commitments, refer to the signed PI / Sale Contract.

Governing law

Disputes arising from contracts signed with Super Chef Oils & Fats Ltd are governed by Malaysian law and resolved by arbitration in Kuala Lumpur. Disputes related to website use only are governed by the same.
