Super Chef Oils & Fats ("we", "us") operates cookingoil.com. This page explains what data we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit via the CFR calculator or quote form: name, company, email, phone, country, destination port, monthly volume, grade and packaging preferences.
• Technical metadata attached automatically by our hosting layer: IP address, country of connection (via Cloudflare geo headers), referring page, browser user-agent.
• Analytics via Google Analytics 4 (anonymised page-view, calculator-use, WhatsApp-click events). Subject to your consent if cookie banner is shown.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, issue a Proforma Invoice, fulfil shipping documentation, and improve the site. We never sell your data and never share it with third parties except where strictly required to fulfil your order (shipping line, customs broker, third-party inspection agency, your nominated bank).

How we store it

Lead submissions land in a Google Sheet hosted in the omair.claude.analytics@gmail.com Google Workspace. Worker logs are kept by Cloudflare for 30 days. CRM records are retained until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Email export@cookingoil.com to request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion. We respond within 7 business days.

Cookies

We use a single Google Analytics cookie, plus an internal localStorage entry for retry-queueing failed lead submissions. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers beyond GA4.
